Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured virtual therapy to adult clients statewide. This position offers predictable hours, steady referrals, and a clearly defined scope of practice. The role is ideal for counselors who value consistency, clear expectations, and the ability to focus on therapeutic outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled individual counselling sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake interviews and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain compliant and timely clinical documentation
- Active Tennessee LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical counselling experience
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
