Location: 120 Glassmaster Road, Lexington, SC 29072

Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Runner to support our assembly and production operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our workflow running smoothly by ensuring timely delivery of hardware components to the appropriate workstations. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to manage tasks simultaneously—all while maintaining clear communication with team members effectively.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Receive and review daily hardware requests from assembly team members and supervisors.
• Locate, gather, and verify required parts and hardware from inventory or storage.
• Deliver parts promptly and accurately to designated workstations.
• Maintain detailed records of all parts pulled and delivered.
• Communicate effectively with the assembly team and other departments to clarify needs and priorities.
• Report low stock levels, missing parts, or discrepancies to supervisors or inventory staff.
• Assist in organizing, labeling, and replenishing hardware storage areas.
• Carefully offload items from the conveyor line and manual powder racks to maintain smooth workflow.
• Sort and match items by job or production tag, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Safely stack, transport, and deliver items to designated departments for final assembly.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Support additional production or department needs as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing

Required Experience:

• Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
• Assembly: 1 year (preferred)
