About the Role

Description

Client is looking for someone who is fun, with a joyful sense of humor, someone who will drive and attend activities in the community. Client enjoys shopping, visiting friends, and volunteering at a pet center. She seeks a trusting relationship to assist her in getting around when using crutches or wheelchair gaining access to public places. She does need a high level of supervision. (CW)


Schedule: 10am-3pm, 15 hours a week.

Pay: $19/hr. with mileage reimbursement

Requirements

 

  • Access to reliable transportation and adequate car insurance.
  • Assistance with transportation if needed to doctor appointments and errands
  • A clean background check is required prior to employment.
  • Prior experience working for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work together with the client to complete organizational tasks.
  • Ability to carry out individual service goals and communication goals.
