Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Jeen.ai, you will lead the delivery of enterprise-grade AI projects from planning through execution. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical integrations, clear communication, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle implementation projects, from planning to go-live
• Own the client relationship from a technical perspective- requirements, customizations, installations, and version updates
• Oversee the installation of JEEN’s platform across dev, test, and production environments, including integration with client systems
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and internal engineering teams
• Coordinate cross-functional project roles in a matrix environment
• Create detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage and execute version updates and technical change processes with the client

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in data or digital domains
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
• A proven ability to deliver complex technical projects in fast-paced environments
• Deep understanding of integration solutions and diverse IT systems
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with AI-related projects- a plus
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs)- a plus
