As a System Integration Engineer, you will be the bridge between design and reality. You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams—Hardware, Software, and Systems—to transform complex architectures into high-performance products. From the lab to the field, you will own the integration lifecycle, solving the "impossible" puzzles that emerge when sophisticated systems meet the real world.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with System, Hardware, and Software teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
Define, develop, and execute comprehensive integration plans, verification protocols, and detailed test cases.
Design and lead rigorous experimental campaigns in both controlled lab environments and real-world field conditions.
Investigate and resolve complex system-level challenges, including Link Budgets, EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), Power Consumption, and Mechanical constraints.
Drive the hands-on bring-up and troubleshooting of sophisticated systems, identifying root causes for elusive hardware/software defects.

Requirements

B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2+ years of proven experience in system integration or a similar hands-on engineering role.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; a natural ability to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
A "get-it-done" approach to test setup, ramp-up, and failure analysis, backed by meticulous documentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead investigation efforts and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
