Job Description

Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
Assist in mise en place and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Work closely with Senior Chefs to maintain quality and presentation.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Support inventory control and minimize wastage.

Qualifications

Previous experience as Commis 1 or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen techniques and food presentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
Team player with good communication skills.
