Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on US-to-US recruitment for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and other healthcare roles, with a strong emphasis on volume hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment, familiarity with Workday ATS or similar platforms, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities <ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements for RCM and healthcare positions.</li><li>Lead and execute volume hiring campaigns to meet aggressive staffing targets across multiple healthcare functions.</li><li>Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.</li><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and organizational standards throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in Workday ATS or similar systems, and generate recruitment metrics and reports.</li><li>Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.</li></ul><div> </div>Required Skills <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare or RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) domain in US to US</li><li>Experience recruiting for US-based healthcare roles including RN, LPN, Revenue Integrity, coding, patient access, and other RCM based roles.</li><li>Proven success in volume hiring and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Strong proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul> Why Join US?  <ul><li>We adapt emerging technologies to practical uses to deliver concrete solutions that bring maximum impact to providers’ bottom line.
