Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest inspections and identify pest issues in residential and commercial properties
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using industry-approved methods and products
- Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of pest control equipment as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in pest control or related field preferred
- Knowledge of pest identification and control methods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform inspections and treatments, including lifting and climbing
- Valid pest control license or willingness to obtain required licensing (training provided)
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Be able to pass a background
- Be able to pass a drug screening and physical.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs
