Westward360 is looking to add an Assistant Community Manager to join our growing team in the Naperville area. If you want an opportunity to grow with a company on the rise, look no further! We pride ourselves in providing the ultimate experience for our clients.  


Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties.

  • Compensation range of $21-$22/HR

  • Multi-site schedule - 20 hours per week on-site at a community clubhouse office + 20 hours per week at suburb office or WFH

What you’ll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for any callers, clients or visitors.
  • Answer phones, respond to owner emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours, forwarding calls to the appropriate party if unable to assist. Some calls may be onsite specific, and some may be broader calls to the company overall. 
  • Assist community manager and the community board of directors with the day-to-day community management operations.
  • Handle the rentals for the clubhouse as well as programming/distributing fobs for the clubhouse.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, legal teams, etc.
  • Be the liaison between the community owners, board of directors and community manager.
  • Update owner, tenant, and/or property manager contact information in systems (email addresses, cell phone numbers, etc.).
  • Assist with processing ARC applications and review to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Maintain logs (copies, postage, etc.).
  • Attend occasional staff meetings in the main office in Naperville.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in the Community Management field is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
  • Experience with Vantaca software (preferred, not required).
  • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to plan ahead and consistently multitask.
