About the Role

Description

Iredell Health System is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a front-facing role, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. 


All shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

A Week: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

B Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred; the ability to understand, to make oneself understood to all Spanish speaking individuals, as well as able to read and write Spanish proficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
