负责沧州市区或任丘黄烨河间终端店的产品销售与门店维护工作

1. 居住当地；

2. 两年以上快消品销售经验；
3. 具备优秀的政策执行能力，良好的销售、谈判技巧和沟通表达能力；
4. 具备一定的市场判断及数据分析能力；
5. 工作积极主动，善于在压力下开展工作，良好的团队合作精神。

加入玛氏，您的主要职责将会是什么?

1. 达成进销存目标；
2. 负责终端门店维护，按照拜访计划定期拜访客户及门店，处理日常跟进事宜，如门店陈列维护，补货，促销谈判及执行，客户疑议处理等；
3. 执行门店分销陈列标准，定期回顾与跟进；
4. 完成门店谈判工作，优异执行促销活动并做好后勤准备及跟进；
5. 与客户建立良好客情关系，获得客户的信任与支持；
6. 反馈客户/市场/竞争对手信息；

7 .严格履行公司对于合规的要求，包括但不限于“真店、真访、真订单、真执行、真费用、真数据”
