About the Role
Publish, update, and maintain web content using AEM. Develop and enhance AEM templates, components and page layouts with attention to responsive design, performance and usability. Translate UX/UI designs into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks like React. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility, and SEO best practices during publishing workflows. Troubleshoot layout, rendering and integration issues across browsers and devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, UX, marketing and engineering to deliver seamless digital experiences. Maintain documentation for publishing standards, front-end implementations, and AEM governance. 3-5+ years of experience working with AEM in a publishing or content management role. Solid proficiency in front-end technologies: HMTL5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive web design. Experience building or modifying AEM templates and components. Ability to translate design mocks/prototypes into clean, standards-compliant front-end code. Strong understanding of web UX/UI principals, accessibility standards, and SEO fundamentals. Excellent communication, time management and collaboration skills. Familiarity with DAM asset management, metadata tagging, and version control. Preferred experience with Workfront and agile/scrum development.
