- Process Design and Logistic Support for Consumer Field Services on New Products, Services Rollout and Implementation
- Coordinate with various internal/ external parties to support new services rollout and new projects
- Systems Support & System Workflow for Consumer Field Services on All Services
- Monitor contractor performance by setting quality guidelines and mechanisms to facilitate continuous improvement in Consumer Field Services
- Assist Management in supporting Consumer Field Services operation activities and team management
- Develop, review, and refine processes, procedures, and techniques to improve service quality
- Identify potential needs in operational and responsible for driving its development and implementation
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
To succeed in this role:
- Tertiary education qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field
- Strong management skills with solid management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong sense of innovation and adaptability to meet the company’s business needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
