Omni is currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team. What You’ll Do:
- Support purchasing, invoicing, and warranty renewals
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to sales proposals
- Reviewing and approving vendor invoices for payment and resolving any related issues with invoicing,
- Answer client calls and assist with inquiries and troubleshooting
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites
- Manage service tickets and prioritize based on urgency
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in client services or customer support
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with IT service tools (ticketing software, CRM, etc.)
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
