Omni is currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join their dynamic team. While the goal is to hire a full-time team member, they’re open to exploring part-time arrangements for the right candidate. At Omni, the priority is finding the right person – someone who will contribute meaningfully to the team, deliver first-class customer care, and align with company culture.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is eager to learn. The opportunity to be trained and mentored by a highly knowledgeable IT professional with over 30 years of experience will ensure valuable insights and support are in place from day one!


What You’ll Do:

  • Support purchasing, invoicing, and warranty renewals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to sales proposals
  • Reviewing and approving vendor invoices for payment and resolving any related issues with invoicing,
  • Answer client calls and assist with inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites
  • Manage service tickets and prioritize based on urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in client services or customer support
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with IT service tools (ticketing software, CRM, etc.)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
