Your Purpose as an Automotive Technician:

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Associates degree in Automotive preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• At least 1-2 years experience as a technician

• Competitive Pay: This is a commission-based position that guarantees 40 flag hours per week and offers uncapped earning opportunities for high-performing technicians
• Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for motivated technicians
  • $60,000+ annually, based on experience
