Richlonn's Tire & Service Center, a part of the GreatWater family, is Greendale’s trusted tire and auto repair shop. Our team is known for honest advice, expert workmanship, and a commitment to getting customers back on the road safely. We’re looking for a Service Advisor who’s passionate about helping people and ready to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• EARN: $18 - $25 Hourly + Monthly Incentives
• Full-Time | Automotive | Customer Service | Sales

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assist with service needs
• Recommend services and parts with confidence
• Coordinate vehicle workflow with technicians
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Build estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Ensure timely updates and vehicle readiness
• Perform road tests as needed
• Support shop operations with flexibility and teamwork

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales in the Automotive Industry
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus
