About the Role

Job Description:

1/ In charge of MW non dove other Chocolate + GMFC Tmall Flagship Store business strategy and daily operation, co work and manage TP operation team, be responsible for sales target and consumer operation KPI achievement.

2/ Develop monthly/quarterly/annual and key promotion event sales plan, tracking and monitor business progress timely, and deliver business review.

3/ Be responsible for other CHOC + GMFC FSS sales and inventory management, have clear plan on SKU sales and sellin, and control sales progress and TP inventory.

4/ TE budget planning and management, ensure optimal operation margin and ROI.

5/ Maintain good and healthy customer relationship, be responsible for the execution of strategic cooperaton projects between MW and and customer, ensure that MW is supported by sufficient resources, and ensure that these resources are effectively realized;

6/ Establish and optimize CRM system and consumer database for MW, further develop effective CRM operation mechanism, and achieve repeat purchase rate and consumer activation enhancement.

7/ Coordinate cross functions resources, execute annual core innovative projects, to achieve business breakthrough and new model innovation.
