At Jones Edmunds, we help communities thrive through innovative engineering and consulting solutions. We’re looking for a Field Representative to support construction projects across a variety of disciplines, serving as the Engineer’s and Owner’s on-site liaison.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Jones Edmunds’ on-site representative, observing construction activities to confirm work is in general accordance with Contract Documents.
- Review Contract Documents and apply requirements to field conditions.
- Confer with the Construction Administrator regarding inconsistencies, deviations, or site-related issues.
- Prepare accurate daily observation reports and document project activities and progress.
- Conduct visual observations to confirm existing conditions identified in the Contract Documents.
- Perform duties across multiple construction sites on projects of varying complexity.
- Support quality assurance and quality control efforts in alignment with the Jones Edmunds Quality Program.
- Manage assigned tasks to meet project schedules and documentation requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and interact directly with clients as needed.
- Represent Jones Edmunds professionally in the field and on project sites.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction, construction observation, or a related field.
- Certifications: None required.
- Skills: Strong understanding of construction practices, field documentation, and contract interpretation.
- Other: Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; ability to work across multiple job sites.
