Responsibility

• Plan, implement, and take full ownership of core features, ensuring the successful completion of the entire development cycle from design to deployment
• Lead architectural decisions and create comprehensive implementation plans to ensure scalable and secure feature delivery.
• Orchestrate parallel development streams to maintain high velocity across multiple branches and complex pull requests.
• Drive technical excellence by proactively exploring and sharing new technologies, AI tools, and libraries to continuously improve code quality, build performance, and system scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to high-level system design and product strategy.
• Create and integrate user interfaces from scratch, ensuring intuitive, high-performance, and responsive designs.
• Contribute to back-end logic in NodeJS servers and monitor/fix production issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Agentic Coding: Experience in using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider) to plan, write, test, and debug code end-to-end.
• SaaS Engineering Background: 6+ years of industry experience developing SaaS-based web applications.
• Strategic Planning: Proven ability to design detailed technical implementation plans. We value candidates who can map out complex features in structured steps before execution.
• Strong Frontend Stack: Deep knowledge and proficiency in React (4+ years),
• TypeScript and Webpack.
• Product Ownership: A self-driven team player with a high sense of ownership over the created product and extreme attention to detail.
• Server-Side Development: Experience with NodeJS
• Collaboration: A person who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a high-energy team.

Extra

• TDD Enthusiast: You operate with a Test-Driven Development mindset. You ensure that every feature is backed by a robust suite of tests (using Jest or similar) to validate logic and maintain long-term stability.
• Experience in B2B & B2B2C Self-Serve SaaS.
• Fintech/Payments industry background.
• Experience maintaining workflow optimization rules (e.g., .clauderules, CLAUDE.md, or .cursorrules) to keep team standards consistent and code quality high.
• Experience with Git Worktrees - You are comfortable managing multiple active branches and tasks simultaneously without losing momentum.
