Description

Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a full-time Leasing Agent to our growing team! This multi-site position offers variety in daily routine! The Leasing Agent will be responsible for a portfolio of multifamily properties located in Madison and surrounding areas. Please note, this position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the travel between properties.

Primary office location will be based out our PRM Madison office. Rotating shifts required at our off-site properties located in Janesville, Waunakee and Sun Prairie. Travel compensation provided.

General Description:

Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. Create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Prospects

• Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents.
• Invite prospects to tour.
• Record traffic and leasing activity.
• Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view.
• Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial

Lease

• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Walk through units to ensure they are ready.
• Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums.
• Promote other income items.
• Resident Retention
• Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties

Requirements

Work Experience Requirements

· Experience in working with the public and/or sales

· Knowledge of professional business discipline

Educational Requirements

· High School diploma or GED
