Delivery Service Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our high-performing Capital Maintenance Project Team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Service Supervisor with a proven track record in the successful delivery of residential upgrade works, who is keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive team making a real impact.

This role requires a proactive self-starter who can effectively balance relationship management, safety, and quality requirements while ensuring full component upgrades are delivered on time and to specification. You will take ownership of deliverables from planning through to completion, working closely with clients and service delivery partners to achieve optimal outcomes in the Campbeltown and Airds area.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Travel to the following locations: Campbeltown, Airds area and having the choice of being based in either the Wollongong or Kingsgrove office. 

• Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations.
• Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
• Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within WMS and all relevant systems. 
• Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers. 
• Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation. 

What You’ll Bring

• High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver’s licence. 
• Travel to the following locations: Redfern , Glebe, Chippendale area and whist being based at the office in Kingsgrove.
• Experience in project delivery. 
• Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders. 
• Experience in construction trade.
• Customer relations management.
