At Homecare By Design, we specialize in providing personalized, non-medical care to seniors in Lafayette and surrounding areas. We're looking for compassionate caregivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, offering care in a 1:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio. If you’re passionate about helping seniors, bringing joy to their lives, and building meaningful relationships, we would love to have you on our team! Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and assistance with grooming
• Offer stand-by assistance with daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders and personal care assistance
• Build lasting relationships with clients through companionship
• Offer transitional care when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (required)
• A valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
