What You’ll Do

Working with our Maintenance Director, you’ll help care for every corner of our community—inside and out. No two days are the same!

· Keep building systems running smoothly and safely

· Handle general repairs, painting, and preventative maintenance

· Help maintain the appearance of common areas and grounds

· Pitch in with light housekeeping when needed (bathrooms, windows, vacuuming, etc.)

· Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules with minimal supervision

· Tackle special projects and other duties as they come up

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience with solid references  
  • Experienced painter – this is a must  
  • HVAC knowledge is a plus 
  • Familiar with carpet extraction, VCT floor care, and general building upkeep 
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and handle physically active work  
  • Friendly, dependable, organized, and a true team player  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently  
  • High school diploma or GED
  • You’ll need to be comfortable walking, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, working overhead, and accessing all areas of the property—including roofs and mechanical spaces.
