Job Description

You will assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events, supporting the MICE & Events team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Your responsibilities include handling client enquiries, preparing proposals and event documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting on-site during events.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in MICE or event coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Attention to detail, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in events, banquet in hotel operations
  • Good communication skills in English and Khmer
  • Strong coordination and basic leadership skills
  • Service-minded, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
