Stellenbeschreibung

  • Untersuchung von Lebensmitteln und Futtermitteln – nicht nur Milch, sondern ein breites Spektrum an Produkten aus dem Alltag
  • Proben vorbereiten und analysieren – zerkleinern, homogenisieren, messen, auswerten.
  • Arbeiten mit modernen Laborverfahren – von klassischen chemischen Methoden bis hin zu instrumenteller Analytik (z. B. HPLC, GC oder ICP-MS)
  • mikrobiologische Grundlagen anwenden und Hygienestandards im Labor kennenlernen
  • Qualitätsmanagement nach ISO 17025 – dokumentieren, prüfen, sauber und regelkonform arbeiten.
  • Einblicke in Warenkunde und Probenahme – wie Lebensmittel aufgebaut sind, wie sie verderben und wie man sie korrekt untersucht

Qualifikationen

  • (Fach-)Hochschulreife oder ein guter mittlerer Schulabschluss
  • sichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) – wichtig für Dokumentation und Prüfprotokolle
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse an naturwissenschaftlichen Prozessen
  • sorgfältige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise – besonders im Laborumfeld
