About the Role
<h4><strong>Renewable Energy Sales with Aira</strong></h4><p>We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people right across the UK to join our team.&nbsp;As a part of our field sales team, you will be&nbsp;responsible for the end-to-end process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and CO2 on their energy bills by switching to an air source heat pump.&nbsp;</p><h4><strong>What you'll be doing as a Renewable Energy Sales Expert</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on&nbsp;air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech. You'll need to be based within Northwest UK as this is where you'll be meeting customers.</p></li><li><p>Educating customers on the benefits&nbsp;of heat pumps and other clean energy tech</p></li><li><p>Including pre booked sales visits, you will need to generate your own leads via door knocking, cold calling and referrals to accomplish sales&nbsp;in line with our KPIs</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain your sales pipeline via our CRM system HubSpot&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Provide an excellent customer service while in our customers homes using our Aira Sales Method&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with our design team and planning team to ensure all expectations&nbsp;are met for our customers</p></li></ul><h4>What we would like you to have</h4><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;">We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:</p><ul><li><p>Full UK Driving License - This is a field base role in the Northwest UK</p></li><li><p>Experience within&nbsp;in a field based sales role&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Confidence&nbsp;working with&nbsp;sales software and CRM systems&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>An excitement for sales and working towards targets&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Problem solving and positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections</p></li><li><p>A Passion for active and forward thinking working environments</p></li></ul><p><em>It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.</em></p><h4><strong>What we offer our&nbsp;Renewable Energy Sales Experts</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Base salary of £25,500 with an Uncapped Commission Structure&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Health Cash Plan</p></li><li><p>Reward Gateway (shopping discount)</p></li><li><p>Life Insurance</p></li><li><p>Pension&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Referral Scheme&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Company EV + Fuel Card&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>All equipment needed to carry out your role: iPad, company phone etc</p></li></ul><figure><lite-youtube videoid="2WrQ-RZi4kc" title="Play: Video" posterquality="sddefault"></lite-youtube></figure><p>At Aira, We’re not just champions of next-generation energy, we’re champions in Diversity and Inclusion too.
