Barista - Part Time

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area.
• Greet and interact with guests to provide personalized service.
• Take orders accurately and process transactions promptly.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to food safety and health guidelines.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor and maintain coffee equipment to ensure functionality.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Provide suggestions or recommendations to guests for beverage options.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a barista or food service role preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
