What You’ll Do
- You’ll create excellent drinks consistently while delivering warm, confident hospitality at the bar. You’ll manage your bar top with professionalism and awareness, maintaining speed and accuracy during peak hours.
- You’ll take ownership of setup, cleanliness, organization, and breakdown. You’ll follow recipes and portion standards, reduce waste, monitor inventory, and communicate needs proactively.
- You’ll work closely with servers and the kitchen to keep service flowing and uphold Steel City Pizza Company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
