About the Role

Description

JD Fulwiler & Company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support business growth through marketing execution, lead development, and sales support activities. This role works closely with Producers, the Marketing Director, the Sales Manager, and carrier partners to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns to support lead generation and sales efforts
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the Sales team
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop required)
  • Support lead development through research and targeted marketing activities
  • Coordinate company-sponsored and internal events, including the JDF Golf Tournament
  • Create and manage content for internal office TVs and communications
  • Assist with coordinating carrier meetings and maintaining carrier relationships
  • Maintain carrier contact and appetite information
  • Track marketing and sales activity (Salesforce experience a plus)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)
  • Social media content management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Preferred

  • Insurance or professional services experience
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Video content creation experience
