Job Description

Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests.

As a Porter, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Welcoming guests.
Carrying luggage.
Valet parking guest vehicles.
Explaining hotel facilities.
Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):

Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage.
Ability to work as part of a team but also independently.
Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous.
Time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Responsible Service of Alcohol and
C Class Driver’s Licence (Manual).
