Job Description
Ensure effective management of platform transition, covering governance, supports alignment with standards, enabling roll out and adoption of new process and platform, and support new business requests.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in production teams, particularly within MI Retail Panel, and who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Become expert of process and tools (SME)
- Support platform convergence (planning, roll out, adoption)
- Support new business requests – implementation/execution of related tasks
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify gaps vs global standards, drive achieve higher standardization and correctness of shop master
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, global hubs, and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects and initiatives aligned with business goals and timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data operations, preferably within MI Retail Panel (operations, quality, etc.)
- Proven experience in process improvement and KPI analysis
- Strong understanding of production workflows and challenges
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel
- SQL, SAP, or Python is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to transfer information and knowledge effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and self-driven approach to learning and improvement
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
