What you’ll do

About the Role
Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie is seeking a Compliance & Privacy Specialist to lead and enhance our compliance and data protection frameworks. This role is critical in ensuring our operations align with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in the areas of privacy and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance and privacy programs in accordance with Vodafone Group policies and EU/Italian regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for compliance and privacy matters, including GDPR.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee internal investigations and regulatory reporting.
  • Support business units in applying privacy-by-design and compliance-by-design principles.
  • Deliver training and awareness initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage data subject requests and privacy impact assessments (PIAs).
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise on business impact.

Who you are

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or legal roles, ideally within multinational and regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Legal qualification or certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are advantageous.
