Job Description
Daily Work Management/ KPIs
▪Work balancing by time study & work charts for productivity optimization
▪Layout optimization with planning & execution for improvement on space utilization
▪Process improvement & Optimization with Valua Analysis for productivity, ergonomy & safety enhancement
▪New change conceptualization (priority Mechanical) & implementation for improvement in process and equipment
▪Commissioning & Hand over of change in equipment with standard process follow-up & mutual agreement to ensure right ownership
▪responsible for implementation & engage others in Industrial best practices like Continual improvement, waste analysis, VA/VE, unidirectional Material & man movement (CBS) in this location
▪Implementing change management as per defined process
Additional Job responsibilities
▪Planning and execution of Investment requirements for present & future business need
▪Modernization of processes with new technologies
▪Implementation of Lean manufacturing, Cost saving ides
▪Project / departmental budget monitoring
▪Project management of different IE requirements as per organizational planning
Communication
▪Collaboration with teams, inter department stake holders, intra location responsibles and suppliers for execution of required task (Organizational mail, Teams, phone calls and other available resources)
▪Participate in meetings for progressive discussion and solutions with engagement and involvement of self with others
▪Preparation of MIS for self and departmental KPIs
Documentation
▪Preparation of all standard documents as per process requirement & defined/available in system (standard MS Office, online formats, print copies)
▪Generating & upkeeping of Design/drawings for process/ equipment as per requirement (CAD 2D/3D, Hand sketch or any other format)
▪Updating & keep follow-up for closure of all organizational Intranet processes as required (CQ, SAP and other intranet applications)
Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E in Electronic/ Electrical/ Instruments
Additional Information
PLC/ Drive Programming expertise .
Exposure of Automation.
Exposure to System house & Project commissioning will be advantage.
Min. 7 Years in Related field.
