Be a part of Agoda’s Design team and unlock the world for our global community of hotels and travelers.</p> <p><strong>Experience Requirements &amp; Role Expectations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.</li> <li>Design intuitive, delightful, and high‑quality user interfaces, delivering thoughtful UI and interactions with attention to detail and craft.&nbsp;</li> <li>Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, interaction design, user research, usability, and accessibility.</li> <li>Own design execution for a defined product area, working from early discovery through delivery with support and feedback from peers.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product Managers to contribute to product direction.
