Job Description

We're looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to own and execute our marketing efforts. You'll be responsible for driving qualified leads, building our online presence, and running data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage everything from paid ads to content strategy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure strong ROI on all performance campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate B2B leads from international markets
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing collateral
  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models
  • Collaborate with the sales and content teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support marketing efforts for client projects when needed

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
  • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and marketing content
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership

  • Experience marketing software development or IT services
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of AI/tech industry trends
