Job Description
MISSION :
- To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
- To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis.
- To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors.
- To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors.
- To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL).
- To support in validating the consumption report.
- To provide continues support for client when required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
- To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis
- To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors
- To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors
- To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL)
- To support in validating the consumption report
- To provide continues support for client when required
- To provide back-up support to other team members during their leaves
- To handle ad-hoc projects to be assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- Diploma/ University graduate in Business studies or related disciplines
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 0 -1 years working experience in back office service center, business information industry or banking industry
