About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our Dental team in Perth, United Kingdom. As a Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Perform routine medical procedures and administer medications as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures
  • Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in your field of expertise
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
  • Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing both physical and emotional needs

Qualifications

  • Appropriate qualification depending on role.
  • Valid medical license in the United Kingdom
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of current medical practices, procedures, and evidence-based guidelines
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care needs
  • Relevant specialty certifications may be required, depending on the specific clinical focus

Additional Information

We currently have free surgery space which we are looking to fill with a dedicated clinician.

We are looking for:

A General Dentist who would like to increase their hours.

A Specialist who would like to take advantage of our 11k active patient list and expand their talents.

A Dental Hygienist who would like to grow their schedule in a busy, patient-focused practice.

We have Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturday morning available.
