Jim Shorkey Youngstown is searching for a highly motivated Quick Lane Advisor to join our team! As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers while maximizing our service departments' profitability.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, promptly assessing their needs.
  • Clearly explain service options and recommend appropriate maintenance services based on the customer's vehicle and driving habits.
  • Provide accurate estimates and timelines for service completion.
  • Assist customers with financing options (if applicable).
  • Process customer paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced automotive environment (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of automotive maintenance a plus.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Must work Saturdays
  • Proficient in computer software applications (including Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre screen drug test and background check
