We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Team. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to meet you! Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Guest vehicles
- Complete vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Use factory service manuals, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors on repair requirements, timelines, and parts requirements
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and comply with our company, manufacturer, and safety standards
- Keep service bays clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Provide exceptional Guest service and uphold the dealership’s reputation for quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting
- Experience with our franchise brand is a plus
- Strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency with scan tools
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday, and on designated Holidays throughout the year.
This position is paid a Flat Rate for each hour produced and additional earned incentives on top of the Flat Rate pay. The starting Flat Rate range for this position is $19.00 – $28.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The additional incentives are an additional production Incentive and a Guest/Customer Service Incentive, both based upon performance.
