Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Perform expanded duties as permitted by state regulations
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays, impressions, and assist with charting
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Help children feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout their visit
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Current Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) certification required
- Previous pediatric dental experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, materials, and expanded-duty functions
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and team-focused mindset
