Job Description

An adjuster I will learn the claims handling process and develop skills to examine, investigate, and resolve liability claims. An adjuster I will primarily handle claims concerning customer property damage and Pilot property damage. The adjuster I will also examine and investigate guest behavior type claims and will be introduced to handling a limited number of bodily injury claims as skills develop. 

In this role you will: 

  1. Examine and investigate customer property damage claims as well as Pilot property damage claims
  2. Maintain an efficient diary of pending claims with an emphasis on continuous improvement of individual claim closure rate
  3. Develop an understanding of the investigation process, seeking guidance from adjuster II's, senior adjusters, and management
  4. Perform other required duties based on the needs of the team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required
