Description

This position is great for anyone looking to break into the field of sales while learning about the pest control industry. This individual will be trained as a Residential salesperson/Inspector.


Hoffman’s Exterminating is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Pest Control companies in the Eastern Pa, Delaware and South Jersey Area. We currently operate from Cape May NJ up through Trenton NJ, as well as the Philadelphia and Delaware/Maryland Markets.


The Sales Representative is responsible for the overall success and residential sales of this branch. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control sales activities and functions to achieve branch goals and objectives while maintaining corporate standards.

Requirements

  • MUST RESIDE in the Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, or Atlantic County areas
  • You will be responsible for handling and managing the Site Inspections/Sales leads that are scheduled for you, and whenever possible, perform the work at the same time of the site inspection.
  • You are responsible for prescribing the necessary treatment(s) that will solve the pest issues, as well as explaining in great detail all the additional services that Hoffman’s has to offer, and whenever possible and ethical, propose the additional service(s) to the customers.
  • You must follow up all Site Inspections/Sales Leads in a reasonable time to close the sales. You must follow up all Site Inspections/Sales Leads that were canceled or postponed prior to the initial inspection or proposal
  • You are responsible for properly and neatly filling out all necessary proposals, graphs, illustrations, state forms, etc. To comply with Hoffman’s SOP.
  • You are responsible for the accurate and detail of all data entrée, posting, uploading and computer processing related to your work.
  • You will also be responsible for attending and being engaged in Networking events, Community events and Partnership events.
