What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Lead at Salish Cancer Center, you will lead with heart, guiding our team to deliver exceptional, compassionate oncology care while supporting patients and families throughout their cancer journey.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including triage, infusion services, care coordination, and patient/family education.
- Administer treatments and medications, monitor patient responses, and intervene promptly in adverse reactions.
- Manage physician orders, coordinate care with providers and pharmacy, and serve as a primary contact for clinical questions.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record and maintain regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to promote efficient clinic workflow and continuity of care.
- Support new patient intake, follow-up care, and overall patient experience with compassion and professionalism.
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active WA State RN license
- Two (2) years of oncology nursing experience
- Oncology certification or eligible within six (6) months of hire.
- Current BLS certification.
