Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This role requires a visionary leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Implement marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives for key strategic segments and departments.
  • Develop and execute a public relations strategy aligned with the hotel's marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities across different markets, times, and customer segments, proactively proposing creative strategies to maximize potential.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement and monitor digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
  • Regularly update social media platforms with news, promotions, and other relevant hotel information.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong customer focus with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
