About the Role

Job Title: Part-time/fill-in on air personality at La Mega 102.3FM  

 

Department: Programming

 

Reporting To: Brand Manager 

 

Employment Type: Part-Time 

 

Work Arrangement: On-Site 

 

 

Responsibilities

La Mega 102.3 FM is searching for a creative and engaging personality to join our team as a weekend/fill-in on-airtalent. This is a part-time gig at the top Latin hits station in Northeast PA. 

Qualifications

To apply, you need to be able to speak both Spanish and English fluently. It's also important that you know about the local community and can connect with adults aged 18-49. Being familiar with Spanish pop culture is a must. Knowledge of digital automation software is preferred, but the right candidate can be trained.
