Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager to join our growing global Enterprise Risk Management function. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the function, including risk assessments, action plans, outcomes and trends across key business tracks. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with many functions, including Client Services, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, and other program owners across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage and continually improve the global ERM program across all geographies and functions.
- Work with function owners to develop rated risk assessments, action plans, and other risk-related deliverables
Key Attributes:
- The ability to collaborate proactively with team members across various functions, including senior leaders, drive programs forward, and bring projects to closure in a dynamic global environment.
- High level of integrity and drive.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and project management skills—capable of driving complex, cross-functional privacy initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- 6 + years of hands-on experience in audit, risk management, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, or other similar business field(s)
- Certifications such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information System Auditor or similar are ideal, but not required
- Experience and comfort working with team members at all levels, in all functions and locations
