Manufacturing Technician

Pi-Cardia, a fast-growing medical device company developing innovative cardiovascular solutions, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The role involves performing precise mechanical assemblies in a cleanroom environment according to detailed work instructions and quality standards. This position requires strong technical and fine motor skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise mechanical assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions
• Work in an ISO7 cleanroom environment
• Operate under a microscope during production processes
• Complete production documentation and forms accurately
• Support manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality product output
• Report to the Production Manager

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical assembly (medical device industry – an advantage)
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent fine motor skills
• Proven experience working in an ISO7 cleanroom environment
• High level of precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under a microscope
• Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Experience in welding – a significant advantage
• Willingness to work evening shifts
