Responsibilities :
Provides operational, analytical and administrative support for order entry/fulfillment, logistics/supply chain, reports and customer claims while adhering to rules, audit requirements and international regulations for each customer/country supported. Maintain efficient, timely and effective communication to both external and internal customers. Ensure accurate entry of all required data for all orders into the ERP system. Resolve all administrative issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process, e.g. Price Discrepancy, Minimum Order Quantity, Minimum Order Value, Obsolete or End of Life parts. Manage letter of credit (LC) requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy. Analyze and resolve delivery block issues in the order so that orders are dropped to Distribution on time to ensure customer requested delivery date is met. Resolves, collects, and manages current, past due and outstanding invoices for assigned accounts of a given geography. Assignments include the preparation of monthly collections reports and collection activities via email correspondence or calls to customers.. Interfaces with sales, sales support, marketing, customer service, service, order management, returns and distribution teams in reconciling accounts.
