Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Business Partner to Leaders
- Support employee engagement, retention, and recruitment.
- Act as primary business partner to local leadership, guiding decisions with HR best practices.
- Execute strategic plans for Human Development to meet current and future business needs.
- Provide guidance on people issues to leaders and employees.
Manage HR Impact, Policy, and Procedures
- Understand and educate employees on Qualfon’s benefits programs.
- Assess benefit needs and trends; develop and deliver training.
- Design and roll out employee communications for initiatives and recognition.
- Recommend changes to programs and processes for positive business impact.
- Ensure legal compliance through monitoring, reporting, investigations, and representation at hearings.
Primary HR Partner to Operations
- Collaborate with talent acquisition, payroll, training, QA, and operations.
- Build credibility through sound actions and contributions.
- Lead and manage local HR team effectively.
- Partner with HR leadership to train and mentor HR Generalists and Managers.
Lead HR Practices
- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, and development.
Develop Programs and Metrics
- Implement processes and metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in management with 3+ direct reports.
- Minimum 5 years broad HR experience across multiple disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years as HR business partner with strong listening, empathy, and risk management skills.
- Preferred: 7+ years in management with 5+ direct reports in BPO/call center environments.
- Certifications: SPHR or SHRM-SCP (for U.S. candidates).
- Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Filipino.
