About the Role

Description

Judevine Center for Autism is looking for a detail oriented and organized person to join our administrative team as an Accounting Assistant.  This person will assist the Director of Accounting and Administration in duties within finance, payroll and HR.  


  • Experience with A/R, A/P, payroll, filing
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
  • Proven experience in accounting and/or finance role
  • Bill for services rendered through Department of Mental Health as well as private insurance systems
  • Track and trend information from records and prepare written summaries of data as needed
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
  • Verify eligibility and benefits for consumers
  • Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting general technology
